[Gehlken] Dak Prescott is very much in driver seat. He cannot be traded until he signs a contract, be it the tag or otherwise. So if no long-term deal by March 9, Cowboys must tag Prescott to avoid path where he becomes a free agent on March 17. Extension talks can continue past March 9.
