Apparently Rodney Hood and Hayley Williams of Paramore used to be neighbors and he taught her to crip walk

For context, Williams and Hood are both from Meridian, Mississippi.

About a year ago in response to a tweet asking Hayley how she learned to c-walk, she replied:

worst. c-walk i ever saw ... but i learned it back in mississippi. feel like my neighbor rodney taught me? also i think he may be an nba player now?! if it wasn’t him it was someone on the junior varisty bball team i was on. we were so little!

After Hood got moved to Toronto this past trade deadline, Raptors beat writer Blake Murphy, remembered this exchange and asked Rodney about it yesterday:

I asked Rodney Hood about this. He had no idea that his neighbor Hayley is now Hayley Williams. Also says he can't dance, but he'll take credit.
