Chancellor was born 10 weeks early via c-section when his mother Cherica Adams was murdered. He has cerebral palsy and brain damage after being oxygen-deprived from the shooting and is taken care of by Adams' mother, Saundra Adams.
He wasn't supposed to live, but he overcame the odds and is graduating from high school next weekend after 6 years of hard work. What an inspiration!
