I hope you guys'll allow me to postulate that he roughly maintains his season-long average of 8.9 APG over his next 7 regular season showings. If so, that'd put him in 3rd all-time in assists, while he sits at a comfortable #51 in turnovers, right below Pau Gasol and Jerry Stackhouse. Isn't that crazy? Full disclosure, I'm a Chris Paul hater, but you gotta respects the goats for doing what they do, and I'd never deny that he is, indeed, in that group.
