In Kanye West’s 2010 song Gorgeous, he accurately predicted the futures of two current NBA players

In his song Gorgeous, West says, “Face it, Jerome get more time than Brandon.” 8 years later during the 2018-2019 NCAA basketball season, Ty Jerome averaged 33.9 MPG while playing for UVA compared to Brandon Clarke who averaged 28.1 MPG at Gonzaga.

I just thought that this was a really neat detail from the song. With both players being just 13 at the time of Gorgeous being released, it’s super cool to look back on Kanye’s line and see how he seemingly knew what their fates would be 8 years later based on their playing abilities at the time.
