I was wondering which first name had the most combined passing yards, so I figured it out. It turns out the Steves have thrown for 238,118 yards - about 7,000 more yards than the Jims have. While I was at it, I grabbed the top ten rushing names and receiving names, too. This just uses the first name that the player goes by, so "Dave" and "David", for example, would be separate.

No Jerrys you say? Indeed. The Jerrys are in 16th place with 52,026 yards. Rice is going to need a lot more help from Jerry Jeudy to crack the top ten. What really surprised me, though, was the Mikes and the Michaels, despite being counted separately, are really running receiving away with it.
