Lebron james is set to pass Kareem on the all time scoring list should he maintain the production hes kept up for so many years. Last year, he averaged 25 ppg but missed a good chunk of the season and he has not really showed many signs of falling off a cliff should his performances in the playoffs last year be a direct result of his ankle injury.
As an added bonus, he needs to average 19 ppg this season to pass up Karl malone, so there is a decent chance we see Lebron move up to number 2 all time this season. History in the making folks, only a matter of time
