[OC] Aaron Rodgers has led the Packers to three consecutive seasons of 13 regular-season wins with no Super Bowl appearances. Only 4 times out of 23 streaks of 12+ win seasons has a team failed to make the Super Bowl. Here is the list of the 23 streaks:

In the 16 and 17 game era, there have been 23 streaks of at least three-year with 12+ regular season wins, only 4 of these teams failed to make the Super Bowl: the 2003-2005 Colts, the 1996-1998 49ers, the 2018-2020 Saints, and this year's 2019-2021 Packers, who Aaron Rodgers made sure to keep out of the Super Bowl by not throwing to a wide-open Lazard on his final throw of the game. Given Rodger's 1-4 record and 83.7 passer rating in the Conference Championship, he was likely doing himself and the Packers a favor by choking a week sooner this time.

The Patriots had an incredible run from 2010 to 2017 with 8 consecutive seasons with 12+ wins. During that streak, they made four Super Bowls and won two.

The Colts had a streak of 7 consecutive seasons with 12+ wins and won a Super Bowl, but probably underperformed relative to their regular-season success during that run (2 SB's, 1 SB win)

The 1992-1995 Cowboys won the Super Bowl in 3 out of 4 seasons while winning 13, 12, 12, and 12 games.

Here is a list of all the streaks and the Super bowl status of each team during those streaks. For teams with streaks longer than three games, I have broken each streak up into three-game blocks as well as showing the data for their total streak.
