StarJ Barrett continues his ascension to being the face of the Knicks franchise for years to come with an absolutely dominant performance against the Bulls. RJ has improved massively statistically and through the eye test, with a specific enormous improvement on touch around the rim and decision making.
RJ still has a ways to go in regards to efficiency, but volume at his age (21) on a team with no real point guard (yes, we are still starting Alec Burks) is extremely commendable. RJ is averaging 41/35/72 on the year in terms of shooting splits, for a TS of 51.4%. Hopefully, this will improve as he gets more comfortable as the first option.
