Baker broke the longest playoff drought in the NFL, and is talented. There are plenty of QB needy teams that haven't picked him up.....why?

Am I missing something? I'm not saying he's top 5, but compared to other starters he's better. Jets, Texans, Steelers, Giants, Commanders...etc. just to name a few. Seems to me like a no brainer.

*Edit - awesome eye opening discussion. Main points I've learned: Injury hx, playoff win isn't always on the QB. Locker room toxicity isn't always obvious to the casual observer. Overvalued/underperformed. Draft. Not as good as I thought....so yes I was missing something.
