If Donovan Mitchell actually asks out, where would he go?

Things are not going well for the Jazz, and while I do think they will do everything they can to keep him around, what would they do if he asks to be traded? At least one of Gobert or Mitchell will be out this season most likely, if not both.

The obvious good teams are Celtics, he is very close with Jaylen and Jayson, and Miami, he is a big DWade fan and would probably fit well there. Problem is, neither team offer great packages. Heat can do better than Boston with some kind of Herro deal. The problem with Miami is I highly doubt Ainge would ever let an All-NBA talent in his organization get traded to Pat Riley’s Heat.

Less obvious situations could be something like a Sacramento swap for Fox, maybe? It seems like Donovan wants to be on a contender, and I don’t think the Jazz are rebuilding, so they want a star back.

What do you guys think? About hypothetically where he goes and why, but also is it just being blown out of proportion? Because it looks bad down in Salt Lake. I have some family there, and the fans are also souring on Donovan and saying he is a chucker in the 4th and want him out of there.
