An Alternative to the "Phil Jackson Rule": 39/40 of the last NBA champions have won 40 out of their last 60 regular season games

The exception are the 1995 Rockets who have won 34 out of their last 60.

I know this isn't the point of Phil Jackson Rule which is to predict the contenders after less than 60 games, but I've seen the Phil Jackson Rule used to say that the only team left in the playoffs that qualifies for it is the Warriors.

The Phil Jackson Rule only predicted 37 out of the last 40 championships. This one predicted 39.
