NBA players gotta start treating the team like a job and stop looking for loyalty where there is none.

Yeah players has found loyalty in an organization but they are the outliers. Dame, Kobe, Dirk, Wade to name a few but look at their résumé. There is a reason why the company was ‘loyal’ to them because it benefitted the organization to do so.
