Last one was Kenyon Martin 22 years ago. These days spending 4 years in college is more of a deterrent for your draft stock because the conventional wisdom is youth = upside. I think the highest a college senior has been drafted since 2000 was 6th (Damian Lillard, Brandon Roy, Buddy Hield). Say we wanted to see a 4 year player go 1st overall again, what would be needed for that to happen?
