Wolves and Cavs gave up a bevy of picks for a star. One looks terrific. The other doesn’t.

Mitchell is playing at the highest level since he’s been in the league. Gobert is the same guy. I think the takeaway here - and it’s early, things can change - is that mortgaging the future on such a limited offensive player has its limitations. Gobert can’t create his own shot, let alone have reliable post moves.

This is a league that values offense more than ever.
