Gambling debate: is the league purposefully withholding more player suspensions due to the unforeseen volume?

This may be a massive homer take, as a Lions fan.

For the record: I was totally okay with Jamo's suspension outright. As more info is becoming availible, how would it be fair to Jamo or the Lions to be the only team receiving the brunt of the enforcement set out to the league.

Either the league needs to settle the score and announce the sweeping violations and suspensions or ammend the violations to ad degree which is fair by all teams.
