The biggest concern for Morant is that nobody involved denies he punched Holloway when this altercation occurred over a pickup basketball game last July at the home in which Morant’s parents live. The documents and depositions related to this case have already made Morant’s living arrangements, car purchases and several potential business deals available to the public. Through the deposition of Pack, it was revealed that Morant planned to do a series of paid club appearances in various cities – of which Pack would receive a cut of the money – this offseason. While not illegal, imagine what the inevitable parade of photos and videos with Morant drinking across the country would have done for his image.
