Who is a player you expect to have a breakthrough this season?

I am thinking of players who are kind of flying under the radar in this subreddit.

Franz Wagner had a really good year in Orlando, people were mostly focused on Paolo Banchero as the first pick and Orlando was unfortunate with injuries. I only managed to see them few times, and the player who stud out the most was Franz. He is looking like potentially one of the best point-forwards in couple of years. 18.6/4.1/3.5 doesnt look crazy good, but I feel if Orlando stays healthy this year, they can challenge for a playoff spot and Wagner could become a legit all star.
