Firing a coach over a single game, or even over several consecutive games, usually, would seem like an extreme overreaction. When do you think that would’ve been completely warranted?

I fully believe Steve Nash should’ve been fired a few months into his tenure. It was so painfully obvious that he was in over his head and he’d never truly click with the Nets or the players. He was fired two years too late.
