Pascal Siakam has told teams he will not give a commitment to re-sign with any team that is not the Raptors. If he gets traded to the Pacers, he's not going to say "Yeah, I'll re-sign in the summer." He will not give a verbal commitment whatsoever — let alone an extension — with the Pacers, the Hawks, the Kings, the Warriors or any other team that trades for him. He wants to test out free agency.
