What do you think is the worst decision an NBA player made?

I was on Twitter and someone had said Kawhi leaving the Raptors was the biggest mistake in NBA history. I personally don’t think that (I don’t think Dennis Schroder turning down 84 million can be beat) but it piqued my interest as to what other notable mistakes NBA players made.
